As a Manual QA, you will be responsible for ensuring software quality by developing, executing, and maintaining test cases. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on product requirements and design specifications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
• Identify, log, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Ensure proper documentation of test plans, test cases, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on testability and ensure product quality.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure timely and high-quality releases.

Key Technical Skills:

Manual testing, functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, usability testing, Jira, SQL, Agile/Scrum, API testing (Postman), healthcare domain knowledge (preferred)

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in manual testing.
• Proficiency in manual test design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for backend testing.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman (preferred).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of the US healthcare domain is an added advantage.
